For 2024, the model formerly known as the Audi E-tron became the Audi Q8 E-tron. The updated moniker cements the model’s status as Audi’s flagship electric SUV, and also adopts the company's emerging naming convention for electric vehicles. More importantly, the refresh also means more range and improved charging capability. Range climbs from an EPA-estimated 285 miles to 300 miles, and upgraded 170-kW DC fast-charging allows the Q8 E-tron to go from a 10% charge to an 80% charge in just over half an hour.
