General Motors partnered with Nissan to create the Chevrolet City Express, a small cargo van sold between 2015 and 2018. The City Express was identical to a Nissan NV200. Under its stubby hood, the City Express had a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine making 131 horsepower, delivered to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission. The City Express could return 25 mpg when empty of cargo, according to the EPA. In addition, the small van could hold 122.7 cubic feet of cargo, and the maximum payload rating was 1,500 pounds. Chevrolet offered the City Express in LS and LT trim levels. The van was unchanged until 2018 when Bluetooth and a reversing camera became standard equipment. That was the final model year for the City Express.
