Kia introduced the midsize Sorento SUV in 2003, loading it up with many standard amenities, but buyers had to wait until the 2021 model year to get a hybrid version. The fourth-generation model offered several drivetrains, including a turbocharged hybrid offering up to 37 mpg in combined city and highway driving.
