Good Value For Fun Luxury Sports Coupe

09/06/2017

I bought my Q60X with 11000 miles and now have 19000. These cars were incredibly expensive when new and seem to have a large depreciation curve. For what I paid, I couldnt even have got a decent used Mustang 5.0. No problems so far and I expect Japanese reliability in the future. If you live in the snow belt and need an AWD performance car, this is a strong choice. The VQ37HR engine makes tons of power, revs out quickly and sounds angry doing it. The steering has great feel and the brakes are solid. Corners flat yet still rides well. The 7 speed automatic works well and will hold the gear until redline when you hammer it. It revs too high at speed (2400 at 70 MPH), but that might be the price to accelerate all that mass (3800 lbs). Very well constructed, high quality interior with comfortable seats, clear and legible instruments and a very good Bose stereo. Infotainment system is dated, but easy to use compared to many new cars. Dials for the radio are a huge plus. Typical coupe limitations with a small trunk, back seats for short/tiny people and large and heavy doors. The MPG is not that good with mid-high teens around town and mid 20s on the highway.

Great car, sporty and classy. My car is loaded with every option available. I love the AWD, stable in any road condition.

Cute little car

02/07/2023

Only con so far is the amount of gas it burns, nothing too bad I get around 17mpg but I’m a teen so the gas gets expensive. It’s a small car as you would expect but it’s fun and cute.
